IMPACT Community Action Partnership works to eliminate poverty through empowering vulnerable populations, building collaborations and advocating for social change. IMPACT is a nonprofit organization that works together throughout five central Iowa counties to provide important resources to help low-income individuals and families become successful. Contact your local office to learn about services provided including low-income heating assistance program (LIHEAP), weatherization, rental/deposit assistance, crisis energy assistance, in addition to many programs for elderly, disabled, youth and families.
