Community Based Family Team Meetings |
Community Based Family Team Meetings allow families and other supportive individuals to come together in an effort to accomplish a specific goal. During the meeting participants establish a plan and find resources necessary for the desired outcome. Family Team Meetings are conducted with a trained facilitator who guides the discussion to keep everyone on track towards the desired goals, maintain an atmosphere of respect and safety, and ensure that a solid plan is developed.
