Crossroads BHS is a community mental health and substance abuse outpatient serves agency offering mental health and substance abuse assessments, therapy, counseling and psychiatric services to all ages from birth to elderly. Group, family, parent-child interaction, couples therapy and psychiatric/medication monitoring services provided in addition to individual therapy. Our agency is licensed and accredited by the State of Iowa. Our clinicians are licensed or certified in their professions and provided with professional supervision to enhance quality of care.
