Our goal is to help parents/caregivers engage with their children to lead to a lifetime of good health, educational achievement, and future success. The Parents As Teachers program is available at no cost to any Warren County family with a child aged birth through kindergarten entry. Group-based parenting education is also offered throughout the County at no-cost for parents of school-aged children.
